Yo. Been ages since I’ve been here. I was browsing through my gallery and realized that I haven’t submitted any art in THREE FRIGGIN’ YEARS. That makes me feel bad, but even though it’s been a long time, I still get a lot of notifications from people favoriting my art or subscribing after all this time, or just checking in to say hello, and that makes me feel really, REALLY good. I feel humbled, and it also strangely strokes my egotistical little heart in all the right places. It’s made me feel compelled to come out of my hide-y hole here and do stuff. Thought I'd submit a journal entry for the hell of it.
So... been a while huh? As terrible as I am at maintaining a regular schedule when it comes to DeviantArt, I actually have a few legit reasons for not really sticking around this year, some including a new (and attention consuming) career, and moving out of the house FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER! XD. It was kinda rough the first couple of weeks, being alone and in relative silence. Which, my sister and I share an apartment, but she doesn't get off work until I'm in bed, and we have different preferences regarding background noise (I like it, she doesn't). It's so nice to hear from you! How have you been doing? Yup, the tournament seems like forever ago. I need to draw a bit of fanart for it or something. Alas, I think my art skills have suffered a bit.

Oh, I changed my whole profile. :') It started out as like, a sketch profile, just to dump my rough work, but then I eventually moved over to it after it became more popular than my main one did. :') It's pretty much ALL Xiaolin Showdown, but since my Storm Hawks obsession just kicked back up, I think it's going to get an influx of new fandom added to it. <3 Life's pretty good, I've moved house like, 5 times since the tournament, and I've been at uni for almost three years. Anything big happened for you? <3
Anything big happened for you? <3Oh okay. Yeah, I saw a bunch of Xiaolin art when I was browsing your gallery, including what looks like a few pretty nicely drawn comics. I didn't watch too many episodes of the original series when it came out, but I loved what I did watch, so maybe I can keep up. ^_^ What did you think about Xiaolin Chronicles? Or the upcoming Xiaolin project?
Anywho, not too much has happened here. I graduated from college about a year ago, but I'm still looking for a job. It's a little competitive around here, so I might end up having to move. Not really looking forward to adulting, but I guess I need to jump in sometime. Besides that, I have a bit of free-time at the moment and have been contemplating what I could post on Deviant Art. I was thinking Steven Universe fanart, but I've got a million ideas in my head and I don't really know where to start. Which, a bit of Storm Hawks or Xiaolin fanart sounds pretty nice, too.
